Company Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the business relationship between Colosnal Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”) and any individual, team, organization, or business (“you”, “the Client”, “the Customer”) that places an order or uses our manufacturing services.

By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or communicating an intent to purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or making a payment to Colosnal Enterprises, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• These terms apply to all orders including custom cut & sew, private label, white label, and standard wholesale orders.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
• Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not place an order or use our services.

Orders & Quotations

All quotations provided by Colosnal Enterprises are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are estimates based on information provided at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change if specifications are altered.

• An order is only confirmed once a written order confirmation has been issued by Colosnal Enterprises and the required deposit payment has been received.
• Verbal confirmations, WhatsApp messages, or emails alone do not constitute a confirmed order until deposit is received.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply: 10 pieces per design for custom and private label orders.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without providing a reason.
• Order specifications (design, sizes, quantities, colors) must be finalized before production begins. Changes after production has started may incur additional charges.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable import/export fees.

• Accepted payment methods include: Bank Wire Transfer (TT), PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
• All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Payments must be received in full (net of any transfer charges).
• Sample fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward the first bulk order upon written agreement.
• Failure to make balance payment before the agreed shipment date may result in storage charges of USD 5 per day after a 7-day grace period.
• Prices may be adjusted due to significant changes in raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or changes in order specifications.

Sampling Policy

We strongly recommend requesting a physical sample before committing to bulk production. Sampling allows you to verify garment quality, fit, fabric, colors, and branding before your full order is manufactured.

• Sample production time is 7–10 business days from receipt of payment and confirmed design files.
• Sample fees vary depending on garment complexity and are quoted on a per-order basis.
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no additional charge. Further revisions may incur additional costs.
• Bulk production will only commence after written sample approval from the Client.
• If the Client proceeds to bulk production without approving a sample, Colosnal Enterprises accepts no responsibility for design, fit, or quality discrepancies.
• Approved samples are retained for 90 days as the quality benchmark for bulk production.

Production & Delivery

Bulk production lead times are 15–25 business days after sample approval and receipt of the production deposit. Lead times may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule.

• Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to fabric sourcing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Colosnal Enterprises will notify the Client promptly of any significant delays.
• Shipping is arranged via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight. Shipping costs are quoted separately and are the responsibility of the Client.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon handover to the shipping carrier.
• Colosnal Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or actions of third-party carriers.
• The Client is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country.

Quality & Inspection

Colosnal Enterprises is committed to delivering premium quality sports apparel. All orders undergo a 3-stage quality control process — inline inspection, pre-shipment audit, and final random sampling — before dispatch.

• Our target defect rate is below 0.5%. A minor tolerance of up to 3% defective units is considered acceptable in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Minor variations in color (within 5% of approved Pantone reference) and measurements (within ±0.5cm) are considered acceptable tolerances.
• The Client is encouraged to arrange third-party inspection at the factory before shipment. This must be requested and arranged at least 5 days before the planned dispatch date.
• Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photographs clearly showing the defect.
• Claims submitted after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on correctly manufactured custom orders.

• Refunds or replacements are only considered where goods are proven to have a significant manufacturing defect that falls outside accepted tolerances.
• In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, Colosnal Enterprises will, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, replacement of defective units, or a credit toward a future order.
• We do not accept returns for: change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the Client, design changes requested after approval, or minor variations within accepted tolerances.
• Refunds for sample fees are not available. Sample fees may be credited toward the first bulk order by prior written agreement only.
• Shipping and customs costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

By submitting designs, logos, artwork, or brand assets to Colosnal Enterprises, you confirm that you are the owner or have full legal rights to use all submitted materials.

• The Client is solely responsible for ensuring submitted designs, logos, and artwork do not infringe upon any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.
• Colosnal Enterprises accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from Client-submitted designs.
• Colosnal Enterprises retains the right to use product images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the Client has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) restricting this use.
• Custom designs created by the Colosnal Enterprises design team on behalf of the Client remain the property of the Client upon full payment of the order.
• We do not share, sell, or reproduce any Client designs, brand assets, or confidential information with third parties.

Confidentiality & NDA

Colosnal Enterprises understands the importance of brand confidentiality, particularly for private label and white label clients. We take our confidentiality obligations seriously.

• We do not disclose Client identities, brand names, order details, or design specifications to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.
• For private label orders, Colosnal Enterprises will not include any of our own branding on garments, labels, packaging, or documentation shipped to the Client.
• Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive brand information. NDA requests should be made via email.
• Our staff and production partners are bound by internal confidentiality policies to protect Client information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colosnal Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order to which the claim relates.
• We are not liable for losses arising from delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, political events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for the suitability of our products for any specific purpose not communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to production.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for verifying product compliance with any regulations applicable in their country or market.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being raised.
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
• Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
